This hands on workshop is perfect for beginners and craft enthusiasts alike. Learn the art of creating stunning terrazzo homeware pieces, including coasters, trays and planters, using the versatile and eco-friendly material, Jesmonite.

I will guide you through each step, ensuring you leave with not only beautiful homeware items but also the skills and confidence to continue crafting at home. All materials and tools are provided, and you’ll get to take home your handmade masterpieces on the day. 

We will cover – the basics of mixing & working with jesmonite, casting with a terrazzo patterns and top tips for sealing your creations for durability. 

Location – Churchgate Mill, Lavenders Brow, Stockport SK1 1YW

Duration – approximately 2.5 hours

What’s included – Materials (your cast piece will be ready to take home on the day), aprons, refreshments & nibbles. You are welcome to bring a bottle or extra snacks.

Please note that we share the space with two other ceramicists, who may be present during your session.
